Big mistake to book this hotel

I have booked this hotel after seeing images, services and ranking on different different website. But it was my mistake. This property is totally horrible and waist of money. First thing they are not doing hotel business but also doing business of swimming costume. When I went to swimming pool, they ask to buy costume and not allowed in pool. So if you are thinking that, this property having pool and you will enjoy there then this will be your mistake. 2nd thing there are lots of insects and air condition was not working whole night. We were there with family and it was summer season. How we spent our night we cant describe in words. 3rd thing they have booked room with breakfast and charged accordingly. But unfortunately they did not make breakfast and said we don't have guest so we did not make breakfast. We will arrange breakfast. There was not a good variety as other hotels provide. So at last I would like to suggest who is going to book this property, change your plan and book other Hotel. Don't go with pictures and ranking. I am sharing my personal experience.
