Rooms were average size. Disappointment was that none of the rooms had clear view of either lake or the annapurna range. To have a look at the same you need to go to the terrace from where we witnessed the majestic sunrise over the mountains each morning. Buffet breakfast spread was also average where if you go at 8:30 am, most of the items were finished. Had to request multiple times to replenish the exhausted items. Another point was the housekeeping service. They come to clean the rooms around 3-4 pm in the evening. So if you are back in the afternoon after going out at early morning, you would still have the uncleaned rooms. I am not criticizing but these are certain areas of development. Regarding view from room, there is nothing they can do.

Please check the condition of 200 km road before visiting pokhara from kathmandu. Terrible road, completely broken. Not good even for 2 km stretch. Stay at hotel was good, but visiting to pokhara itself was so bad experience due to very very bad road.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The manager, assured me that i would be sent to kathmandu by their cab and that the driver would accept all forms of payment, including indian currency and online payments. However, upon reaching our destination, there was a lot of confusion and frustration regarding the payment method, both for us and the driver. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I do not trust the hotel management and will not prefer to stay here again. Food quality was not good. If you want to stay here do not prefer to book the ride with the hotel. There are shops who offer the best price.

The staff lacks the courtesy with which customers should be dealt with in the hospitality industry. We were 3 families who had the same booking but were allotted rooms on 3 different floors. I understand the operational challenges but the way they behaved while handling our request of allotting rooms on one floor was quite unprofessional. They refused to take the dinner order at 21:33 hrs stating they don't accept orders after 21:30 hrs.

Hotel is very cute and the staff is very helpful. Location is perfect if you want to chill and have a laid back vacation. If you want to party at main lakeside area where all hippies are there it’s only a km far. Thankyou for the stay and they give 3 water bottles which is a very good sign.

Hotel is very cute and the staff is very helpful. Location is perfect if you want to chill and have a laid back vacation. If you want to party at main lakeside area where all hippies are there it’s only a km far. Thankyou for the stay and they give 3 water bottles which is a very good sign.
