At first the hotel guy did not allow to checkin was saying hotel is full. Secondly he also mentioned he received 2 bookings ont he same name. Until get the clear information he said wont allow. From maldives we had to call mm t and assure. Still he was not convinced and then we reached out maldives tourism board and police. They have taken more than 5 hours to resolve the issue. He allowed us to checkin. We booked the stay for 3 days and he changed 2 hotels within this 3 days. Our holiday is spoiled because of this. 1 days evening we went to hotel around 6 pm. 2nd day after lunch he asked to shift to another hotel as this hotel fully booked. 3rd day morning 7 am we had to come back to the hotel. I would say terrible is word for the rating.

#latereview it was back in jun e when i flied to maldives and stayed at ithha beach resort, seguiny, after reading the reviews, the place and the island was amazing and beautiful, enjoyed our time and trip in #maldives #guraidhoo the hotel room location was really amazing with a sea view, but basic facilities like toothpaste toothbrush to be self carried as the hotel charges you for that, and moreover it’s a very people friendly staff mr. Kalam the caretaker/representative/steward was available through your stay and was very quick and helpful guy, no doubt he was one of the best hospitality guy ever met, ontime and assurance giver with commitment and dedication. But the manager/owner of the property is nice too but very expensive when it comes to certain things like he charges 60$ to everyone but 100$ to us over the one day shark diving trip, paying an amount is not a problem but the changed communication from 60$ to 100$ was quite a lot of hike, we’ll we understand that it’s business end of the day! over all i would give 10/10 kalam 10/10 chef 10/10 location 6/10 amenities & facilities 4/10 management/hamdan

Location is in island where local people live, stay is decent close to beach. Hotel, room and location is good. Staff is very polite and kind, they arranged vegetarian food for us. They arranged activities for us and accommodated our needs. Staff abdul kalam is excellent person, he helped us to do snorkelling at nearby beach

It is a home. They give you one room of their home, they have one cook who cooks for all. One service guy is there who is very nice. They charge for water which is available at very cheap price just near to their home. They arranged a very nice dinner for us. Those who want to have some water activities as these are cheaper in this island, you can stay in this hotel. In my view it was costlier as compared to facilities provided by them.

Service, food and location was awesome

Staffs at Ithaa beach are very nice and helpful. We felt like our own home. Best of all is the location, in front of a beautiful beach. Food was excellent. We had a 4-year-old and the staffs prepared the food we requested.
