The property is great. This was my second time at this property and it was great to see the wide range of activities they have added. My parents enjoyed their mangrove forest river cruise while me and my husband enjoyed their ATV rides and water sports. We had a very memorable time there ❤️

Worst experience! never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money. Staff is unprofessional. It just looks good from outside but from inside it's worst than a 3rd graded lodge. Worst staff worst rooms and worst experience. They don't even deserve 1 star!

Avani sepang is good for food we enjoyed the food and good taste of malaysia touch. The climate is not good and it’s hot the room ac is not enough to cover the room and moreover we requested room the superior while booking but the room was normal facilities.

We, family of 4, stayed at the property for 2days. Found the staff to be very slow I had to wait to check in for more than 30mins in the queue. I feel checkin process should have been more smooth. Rooms were clean but not posh rent per night was very high! Buffet breakfast has wide spread but on Sunday it was over crowded. Veg options were limited but I think they shud have more than one restaurant to serve breakfast to avoid crowding!

We booked halfboard basis for our stay 2adults + 1 kid, but when we arrived at the hotel, thy advised bfast is only for 2 person and kid will be addtional. Secondly on half board basis dinner was sea food barbeque platter. Which was so small. Not enough for 1 person which was sent for 2ppl in the room. So we booked half board. Which was nto worth it. However property was beautiful and staff in the hotel were good

Located really far (80 kms) from the main city (KLCC) Avani Sepang is a the luxury escape you most certainly need and deserve! Humongous property spanning over 500 villas, this resort is thoughtfully designed to make all your luxury vacay dreams come true! Kudos to the services at the reception, free shuttle service to the city, smiling buggy drivers and the restaurant staff for making our stay memorable!
