A good stay but Not a Great one !

So dorsett is a nice hotel. Near bukit bintang. Nice big Rooms. Staff is good. So it basically a building and not a proper hotel. A spa, gym and a pool thats it. The breakfast is not good for Indians. I never experienced such a usless Veg menu. The samosa were mixed with the chicken nuggets. So for me its a 3 star.

Dorsett Hotels has been one of the best hotels I have stayed at in a long time. I have been travelling for a while, this was my first SOLO trip and they made the entire stay feel like a home away from home. The rooms were spacious, tidy & well done up. The staff was courteous, food was amazing. They were available to help round the clock and I absolutely would keep coming back to Dorsett, everytime I am in Kuala Lumpur next. It’s also located in a great locality, extremely safe to walk around even at 1 am. All the major spots are around the corner and walk-able distance. Everything from Petronas Twin Towers to Petaling Jalan, Central Market, Berjaya Time Square, Chowkit Wet Market & major other site seeing areas are about 10-15 mins away. Bukit Bintang & Jalan Alor street are a stones throw away and takes barely anytime to walk up there. Bukit Bintang street was the highlight as it has malls on either sides. Farhenite & Pavallion with all the top brands, apart from that some amazing restaurants as well as great seafood. A small flea market with one of its kind finds, juices and refreshing Kombucha. I would recommend them 100/10 if visiting Kuala Lumpur, specially because this hotel is a steal deal for the budget friendly options they offer and the hospitality that they provide. Being from the same industry I can say, they for sure are the best in business I have come across so far.

Staff behaviour was weird

During my stay I found that staff behaviour was not good towards with me when I ask where. Is the golf access for me which was writen in my tickets they say they don't have golf they never pick call from room , tv has very limited channels although some people were good there but still I was not feeling happy at that place

Stay at dorsett hotel was nice and comfortable. Good swimming pool and breakfast options. Pavilion mall is near at a walking distance. Easily you can get grab taxi from the hotel lobby itself. Few points which could have improved out experience 1. There was no view available from family rooms. You can view another tower in front of your window which was not good. 2. Breakfast option for vegetarian was very less.

The rooms were very good. There was nothing in the veg breakfast inside the hotel. If an Indian comes, he faces a lot of difficulty in having breakfast because there is no Indian restaurant nearby.
