Very poor service of this hotel. Nothing provide amenities just mention all think Not allowing any guest Overall very bad experience. I request to Makemytrip please remove the hotel of Makemytrip website I do not want anyone are stuck

Hotel is good for one night. Room is very big for this kind of hotel. Service and stuff were helpful with any questions. Hotel is a Little too far to the city centre. I recommend this hotel for everyone who need cheat and good stay in this city.

Excellent hotel for Business Trip

Stayed in this Hotel for 4 days during my Business trip to Kuwait. Hotel is located in Hawally. Hotel arranged pick up and drop for reasonable price. Very Friendly driver, room service and Receptionist. Rooms were spacious enough to accommodate two people. Room service person helped me with nearby restaurant menu cards which was really helpful. You can order over phone and your food gets delivered at your room door step. 2 min walk you reach the market streets, 3 min walk to Grand Hyper Mall where you get most of the stuffs. This hotels has a mini swimming pool which is neatly maintained. Hotel Reception arranged full day cabs for my business meetings, friendly drivers and with reasonable cab charges. Overall experience was overwhelming and I will stay at this hotel every-time I visit Kuwait.

We can’t say it’s a hotel and it’s like a furnished studio room without kitchen. Amenities are OK, but flooring is with very old style tiles. It’s worth only at a rate below USD 60/-. Location is not in a prime area but we can reach Kuwait city and Salmiya with in 20 min.
