A good 4 star hotel, situated in a convenient place. It is near to magic mall and to the mahboula beach. I've checked in by 6 pm, the reception staff are good, especially the lady working in day time shift. Since my stay was during the ed holidays, hotel was almost full, but i got a good deal. Room is surprisingly big compared to similar hotels with a good and neat toilet. Bed & pillows were very comfortable, my only complaint was what we got was a smoking room, with tobacco smell. The color theme of the room & toilet is outstanding. Breakfast was good with ample selection of international dishes, arabic salads, humus etc. And few indian delicacies. Also they have live egg cooking station and the restaurant staff were extremely friendly. There is a gym and swimming pool, i didn't tried it so can't comment on it. Cons : (1) the hand shower (shuttaff) near to the toilet is tricky, instead of the handle type on/off, a small "sliding knob" was there which is not at all user friendly and i really wonder who is behind this wonderful invention. Within few minutes, the inside rubber tube (very thin) blow up and the entire wash room was sprinkled with water. I have informed the same to the house keeping on phone, also the reception. The receptionist immediately informed the house keeping in front of me, but even after one day, nobody repaired it and we suffered a lot. (2) my room was in the 8th floor (room no. 1108, there is no proper protection from the glass window which is from the floor to the top. That glass may be hardened enough, but still there is a safety concern, it is fixed to the aluminum frame with a rubber beading only. They should at least fix a metal grill 3 or 4 feet height inside the room from the floor. The view from the edge of the glass window down to the ground is really frightening.
