Terrible Stay

The only good thing about the hotel is english knowing receptionist. The hotel room is damp and in basement type feeling. Room size is very small, hardly a bed can be accomodated. No common area, no dinning or any space except narrow corridor. It was so disgusting that i chnaged my hotel after reaching and seeing this hotel. I paid double cost. Mm t should reimburse me for this horrific experience. The was under repair, full of noice. Noone can sleep or rest in this hotel.

Its located in almaty once when checked in hotel they ask you for deposit about 50$ after they show you third class room. Inside the room all stuff are already broken and when check out, they fined you 100$ or more so beware of this hostel
