The receptionist was good, so was the breakfast spread. But the room was terrible, old and shaby. Looked unclean. The ac was malfunctioning. We were sneezing constantly.

The hotel is very conveniently located and is only a 5 minute walk from the train station, a huge positive considering the number of stairs and bridges one needs to cross in Venice while dragging your luggage in case your hotel is far from the station. The rooms have cute decor and are clean and maintained well. Good clean bathrooms. There is a stop for the Vaporetto very close to the hotel so one can easily access other areas in Venice as well.
