Excellent hospitality and was very helpful staff right from express check in to taxi booking till rome airport staff girl From Iran and Azerbaijan were very sweet . Main Amenities is location walking from Roma Termini and lots of Restaurants near the entrance of hotel and Local shops

There was no staff support. The room was terrible, built in a way that all the water from the bath came into the room. The bed and the noise from outside both were terrible.

Old and dirty curtains and carpets

Room was OK but the curtains, carpets were so old. It gave a feeling of very cheap hotel. Air-conditioner was also not working. There is only one lift for the entire building. The worst part was the breakfast as they do not had anything to eat except for some sweet croissants and the same breakfast everyday.

Very nice, clan and big rooms, beware of service charge, there is a lot of service charge on most of the hotels in Europe, I was charged high for 2 rooms with 2 people each. Rest the location is very good and the staff is also nice with good breakfast.

Great location & reasonable price

The location is hardly 400 m from the central station which helped us to use the hotel as a hub and visit places and come back conveniently. The price is also reasonable taking into consideration the proximity to the central station. There are a variety of restaurants near the hotel and a lot of indian restaurants (for indians visiting Rome).
