Good Stay

Stay was pleasant; inside ambience was good; hotel location is slightly inside with approach road little tricky with ramps. Few suggestions. 1- morning breakfast had same menu all days; it’s better to have variations and more of georgian cuisines. 2- room heater wasn’t efficient; but we didn’t have the time to inform maintenance team for rectification during our short stay period. Better to get these pure checked before move in. 3- we hardly find any staffs other than in breakfast area; better to have an in person conversation to get residents feedback upfront. 4- check in was at 2 pm, but due to flight timing we arrived later after 10 pm; hardly there was any call from hotel; luckily we arrived by 10. 45 pm and came to know reception works until 11 pm; can’t imagine if we were not able to get checked in had we arrived a little late.
