Guests really appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, especially in resolving issues quickly. The property is new, spacious, and well-maintained with modern aesthetics and clean rooms. The gym and spa are also nice perks. The delicious breakfast options and a cool bookstore on-site add to the charm. While a bit far from main attractions, it’s well-connected to local transport.

First time visit to china. Being a vegan( vegetarian) i did not find it difficult. Everyone was supportive. Thanks to all the hotel staff for their support. From entry to exit everything was well organized. Language is the only barrier but some staff knows the english. The first encounter was with mr echo (reception) a very sweet man. Especially to am y liu, tin a wing (restaurant ) for their guidance. Sabrina, was a very kind lady very helpful too. Amy lieu arranged so many things for us god bless sweet heart. Rain was ever ready to help at the reception area. Lastly, don't know his name, but heartly thanks to that gentelman who arranged taxi in the morning. Hope to see you soon, if not then will suggest my family & friends to stay at your hotel when ever they visit to xian. God bless you all
