i have booked hotel and was not allowed to check in even i paid in advance full amount, customer care was not want to hear me and i was stranded in unknown country and in unknown city coz of make my trip staff misbehaviour and non supportiveness

I lived there for 6 days. It is very perfectly located Hotel. Metro Station is just 3 steps down. Most buzzing walking plaza is across The street and despite being in China their staff is well versed with english. Their service is very prompt and good.
