As per my booking i have book hotel for 4 days(2 adult and 1 child with extra mattress. On my first day they didnt provide me extra mattress, but after so many arguments they have provide me mattress after second day

Hotel was decent and in a great location. The hotel was very next to all the happening places in West Nanjing Road. Subway is near to the hotel just a 10mins walk to peopleSquare. Hotel had a nice gym and decent restaurant. Hotel accepted Amex.

I reached the hotel on check in date at 2 pm. Still I was made to wait for around 1 hour before I was handed over the room. After a long overnight flight, 1 hour is too long a time to wait despite having advance booking, Otherwise the facilities were good.
