Terrible Stay

This hotel is located in a shady region and its so uncomfortable for any one new to toronto. The breakfast was the worst i have ever experienced in the entire world including usa, denmrk, germany, singapore, dubai and india. Worst in class which is extremely over priced.

Excellent Stay

Well it was my first visit to Canada with my family and I was really excited about it. We visited Hotel by taxi from Airport and first thing to do is to visit reception and I asked him about my booking and he said yes. I asked him to send someone to pick my luggage to room then I get a straight way reply which was really disappointing that it's 3 star Hotel and we don't have bell boy. So we settled down by our selves moreover there's no room service and no smoking in Hotel, I don't smoke but it's better to guide others. If I talk about staff they are really humble and kind. Steve, Anje and especially Mr.Siva, Thanks for your great services. I highly recommend this Hotel.
