    They provided good food and stay was also good. The Recieption housekeeping and even the chef all are polite in nature That was a very beautifully managed property and all the staff were good in nature. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend others

    I recently stayed at this hotel, which was a very comfortable and pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had a cosy ambience that made me feel right at home. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring i slept well after long days of exploring. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The location was also a plus, conveniently close to key attractions and restaurants, making it easy to get around. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, combining comfort with excellent service. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit.

    Not a very pleasant stay

    First of all the room heater was really not efficient. I told them to increase the temperature but they told it can’t be done. Then on the second day the geyser stopped working and in the freezing cold I had to take a cold shower ruining my health. The staff was not very forthcoming on the details of alternate means of transport; they were trying to get me to book an expensive taxi for which I wasn’t happy. The coffee was bad too ... If given a chance I would have preferred to stay elsewhere.

    The only thing that was not comfy was the noise from the street outside. You could hear people talking till 2am. And the gaps in the window let in cold air which gave me a headache. The breakfast was good and the staff are helpful and friendly.

    It has a great location. Just opposite to the clock tower. It's in the market area. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The service is very good. The rooms are good and clean. The room amenities are standard. All the rooms have room heaters. All in all a good stay. Would definitely recommend.

    First of all hotel Early booking was the best decision we made. Because of MMT coupons and best deals we got pocket friendly deal. Triple sharing room was costing 3, 500? /- Per room per night. Which we got 450 Rs Hotel vouchers helped us for the immigration. Location was very nice also rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff was kind and very helpful. Being group of friends who had visited Bhutan as a adventure trekking trip hotel staff guide us very well for our plans.

    It's a nice hotel with all basic amenities. We have stayed here for 2 nights. We enjoyed our stay. Visited in May-17 with family members. It's near to market and permit office. Also found a good deal on MMT.

    Excellent experience. In a very good location. Opposite to clock tower. The Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are very good. All hotels staff are very good. Neat and Clean rooms and toilets. Excellent room service.
