The staff was very helpful and decent. Though the hotel needs maintenance, the staff was very responsive and courteous. The booking agent make my trip (mmt) had claimed free airport transfer they could not arrange the same. Thanks to the hotel manager, he provided drop at airport, even though there was no such policy as was advertised at mmt.
