Room and add ons were good excellent location though looks like a clustered lane reception very friendly don't go by the outside look of the hotel as the rooms are big and nice

Amazing experience at the Blue Hanoi - old quarter.

The location of the Hotel, the courteous staff, the amazing food (especially the fried rice) all added to our amazing experience in the old quarter. We were also given a bottle of wine for free and the room was really well decorated before our visit. We also got good recommendations for food and ha Long Bay trip from the staff. This is the place to stay while in Hanoi.
