a good hotel 1km away from Tashkent railway station

pros - good new hotel , staff understand basic English (you need to speak slowly though) and they are very polite, house keeping does a very good job, good location as it is walkable distance to railway station and metro and it is safe during night, break fast was good (one day we even had plov) and starts at 7am. Iron box was provided on request. cons- AC was average. the room was bigger. the ac was not enough for it. we tried to set it to lower temperatures , but we couldn't. breakfast timing is till 10am. we went for breakfast at 9am one day and almost everything was over even then. design of bathroom is bad , water keeps logging (other than that, no issue). there is no hand jet spray for toilet. communicating with reception via phone was not feasible as they couldn't understand what I was asking for (asked for Iron box) , had to go to reception and show it in phone (apparently they say it as Irron)

Good Stay

Located right across from the breathtaking cathedral of assumption, this hotel offers a quiet, yet convenient, location. The airport and railway station are a 5-minute drive away; there is a small supermarket around the corner and the mirobod bezori (market) is at a stone's throw. The hotel is well appointed, with good-sized modern rooms having all the necessary accessories. Housekeeping does a good job of replenishing the consumables and cleaning the rooms well. A rooftop restaurant is open for breakfast (buffet, lunch and dinner. The breakfast spread is good. We had dinner one night, all alone in the large space, but never felt the absence of service or skill. The only snafu we faced was on check-in, when we were given a room that neither locked nor had working air-conditioning. After a bit of back and forth, we were moved to an adequate room with a lovely view of the cathedral, albeit on a floor where the corridor carpet was covered in plastic! barring this, the front office staff is polite and helpful and easy to communicate with in english. The rates are very affordable, making this a good choice in tashkent.

Peaceful stay in a lovely new hotel

Nice new hotel, in a peaceful area, with polite staff. Very close to railway station rooms are very spacious, furnishings are good, and breakfast buffet has an elaborate spread, veg items may be few but the continental spread is enough for vegetarians will reommend a stay here to everyone !

Located right across from the breathtaking cathedral of assumption, this Mir Luxe Plaza offers a quiet, yet convenient, location. The airport and railway station are a 5-minute drive away; there is a small supermarket around the corner and the mirobod bezori (market) is at a stone's throw. The Mir Luxe Plaza is well appointed, with good-sized modern rooms having all the necessary accessories. Housekeeping does a good job of replenishing the consumables and cleaning the rooms well. A rooftop restaurant is open for breakfast (buffet, lunch and dinner. The breakfast spread is good. We had dinner one night, all alone in the large space, but never felt the absence of service or skill. The only snafu we faced was on check-in, when we were given a room that neither locked nor had working air-conditioning. After a bit of back and forth, we were moved to an adequate room with a lovely view of the cathedral, albeit on a floor where the corridor carpet was covered in plastic! barring this, the front office staff is polite and helpful and easy to communicate with in english. The rates are very affordable, making this a good choice in tashkent.
