The place is OK, the only peeve was the denial of the request for a late checkout (1PM) - they let us stay till 12PM though, even though their checkout is 11AM (! ). Went there to run a Marathon and the manager knew a lot about the race which started at 6:45AM. It was a surprise that they didn't allow a 1PM check-out.
