The food is awful. I would advise you to eat outside the hotel. The location is good if you want to stay near the airport. The room size and the rooms are good. Washrooms are a little small and feel very old. They probably need a do-over—no bidets in the washroom.

Won'tRecommend Hilton LAX to Anyone

Hilton LAX have forgotten the basics of service. Just trying to make more money for early check ins and charging $46 for providing room 2 hours before check in time. First time I have seen any Hilton hotel asking for such additional charge for couple of hours early check in when they have rooms available. Focus is so much on just charging more that they forgot to give me my breakfast vouchers, wifi code, guiding about the amenities, etc. during check in. The reception person didn't even know whether I can deposit luggage over there, and just asked me to check with some other team. Hilton group management should look into this, as this is not the experience anyone enrolled for while booking the hotel. Definitely not coming here ever again. There are many good hotels nearby and will never recommend anyone this hotel as they have forgotten what hospitality means.

The staff at the lobby and reception were not helpful at all, even the person at the concierge wasn’t helpful. Even after paying hundreds of dollars for the stay i had to stand in the line at the lobby just to collect water bottle from the reception along with people who were checking in which were about 12-15 of them. They just couldn’t give the water bottle separately from the side. Also, there is no point of being a hilt-on honours member, no perks are given. The flush in the bathroom wasn’t working and the water pressure in the tap was also very less.

While the hotel is near the airport and the shuttle service they have from airport is very effective however the location is away from main points of attraction of the city. Nice people and hospitable staff but don't bite the bullet for star line tour they may recommend, not worth it.

One of the queen size bed was wet with a yellow stain all the way through the mattress. It was 10pm and I had already unpacked so I just called room service and informed them. They changed the sheets but I was too uncomfortable to sleep on the bed as I knew it was urine. I just used the other bed. I informed the front desk and asked them to look into it with housekeeping.

Near to lax airport, airport shuttle was there. Behaviour of staff good. Large clean room. Everything nearly perfect. No minibar only exception. Staff very cooperative. I think WiFi in rooms should be free certainly if in LA I will stay again here.
