Old & creeky with very small rooms , not value for money

Hotel is very old & need serious renovations. Getting to the rooms was like going thru a maze of corridors. Our room was right at the back of the hotel & it was like the puzzle to get to the room. Rooms are very old & small, creeky floors, the furniture is falling apart, Paint / Wall paper has started to peel, really small bathroom with same condition of things cracking. It was very claustrophobic. The only thing positive about the property is the location. It is near to the harbour, a lot of restaurants, next to the railway station, plenty of parking space. In nut shell - not value for money. There are plenty other properties available within 100 mtrs of this property
