Location: Hotel is around 650m away from Mall of Emirates "" Entrance. No complimentary drop off provided by hotel to Mall. Good for stay if you are planning to visit Burj Al Arab side of Dubai. Other locations like Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa is 20min metro ride away. Hotel staff were courteous and allowed for early check-in. The rooms were good and clean. Had gone with family and stayed in 118 & 310. Morning breakfast is good and the restaurant staff are also very good. Plenty of food options nearby (for Indians would highly recommend Zordar; other restaurants nearby are Jafer Bhai biryani and pure veg restaurant and many middle eastern restaurants, all within 100-200m) Gym is well equipped and maintained. The hotel also has a roof top pool and bar. Things to improve: Though the food was tasty, the in-house restaurant lacked options on the menu.

Amazing service, great hospitality! the room was very clean and the meals were cooked well. I stayed for 10 days and the stay was very comfortable. The location of the hotel is also great with a mall right behind it and metro also close by.

Good comfortable stay

We stayed for 3 nights on a business trip and the checkin was smooth. The rooms are big enough and comfortable. Breakfast spread was also good and velentime was extremely efficient. The hotel is very close to the mall of the emirates. The price was less compared to the expected. The manager at the breakfast restaurant was caring as my brother had a medical condition and he offered help immediately. Highly recommend.

Worst hotel ever please never book

I booked room for 3 adults and so the hotels i have ever stayed they provide extra bed if the booking is made for 3 adults. They denied for it and did not provide me the extra bed. I booked the king size bed and they joined 2 single bed to make it king size. There was a gap between two mattress as well which resulted in back ache. I feel like Worst experience ever. I'll never stay in any of the courtyard by marriott ever again it's the worst hotel i have ever stayed. The staff was not professional. The service was pathetic, i need to call 3-4 times them they use to pick up my call for room service and need to wait hours for small thing like water.

Whenever we tried to call anyone from housekeeping, reception or in room dining no one picked up. There was no coordination of the receptionists with the other teams. Receptionists were very transactional and not warm at all. Not satisfied with the stay
