I went for the very first time with my family the hotel management tried doing with us on day 2 was for hot air balloon ride when they instead of booking for Goreme send us to CAT-after refusing they kept us blaming and denied returning our money. there comes another-When we were out of hotel our rooms are been opened, our luggage’s are been tampered.

The hotel is very beautiful. It is a value pick, given it has swimming pool, jacuzzi and good restaurant. The owners are really helpful, in case your hot air balloon has been cancelled, you should definitely check with them for the alternative. The rooms will give you the cave experience you were looking for. Highly recommend for your capadoccia visit
