Very good resort. Present right on the pattaya walking street. Connected to a 24 hr open shopping mall from inside which is a huge comfort. Mr mange-sh daily prepared excellent south indian dishes for us during breakfast. Swimming pool is very big and beautiful. We enjoyed a lot there. Resort is near to several good indian restaurants like amritsar (must visit) and chutney. Standard restaurants like taco bell and burger king are connected to the resort itself within the attached mall. 3 feedbacks: 1. There should be a keycard for resort residents for entry in and out of resort. Just an observation from safety point of view as anyone can move from mall to inside of resort and enter the rooms lobby 2. Food options for in room dining are very limited, costlier than similar peers and taste just ok. This can be looked at. Almost nil vegetarian options. 3. Check out can be faster. In our final check out bill, multiple mini bar charges were added which were not consumed and they took to check and made the corrections overall a very beautiful resort with several amenities and proximity to mall and walking street.

Wow!!! Our stay here at Avani has been so comfortable and enjoyable. It walking distance from the walking street Pattaya, just beside the mall and in front of the beach. It's literally is in the market but surprisingly so silent and serene. The moment you enter the resort, it's full of lush green environment with quite atmosphere. Staff is so good, courteous and friendly. The breakfast spread is good and caters to all nationalities. Whenever we visit Pattaya again we will look nowhere else but this resort.. We loved everything here. Thanks to amazing service from housekeeping staff Leky, Mail and Somnuk ❤️. Also special thanks to chef Mangesh (MK), Pream (trainee) and Natty (manager). You made our stay special

The Avani Pattaya Resort is set in a very good location and is easily accessible to the Pattaya Beach , Walking Street and the Night market all by walk. The breakfast spread and variety was very good and the food was also excellent. The amenities and hospitality was top notch and we truly enjoyed the landscaping and pool. The only thing which could be improved would be the door for the bathroom and the slides which cover them , Which is not private . Defenitely recommended to anyone who wants to stay for a good 3-4 nights with family or friends and will stay here on my next trip as well
