I have been in Thailand for a long time now and have stayed at many places, but this property stands out right from room, ammenitiest and most important the staff. while all staff was great, Khun Pie stood out on customer mindset. Highly recommended when you are at Krabi, it is easily accesible to all important locations by foot.

We stayed in red ginger resort for 2 nights in krabi. This turned out to be the best stay on our entire thailand trip. Their rooms are so chic, every amenities there. They give beach mats, towels , slipper and everything one would need for a comfortable stay. 2 bottles of water every day. Their breakfast spread was also nice with juices and quite a few options The usp of the place is their pool So so good, after all the hopping we had a time of our life in their pool There is a pool bar running happy hours on their drinks menu everyday for 2-3 hrs during the day. It was a fab deal and we enjoyed great food and drinks while swimming. If you're in krabi just go ahead with this place Staff is super sweet and big on hospitality Review for Red Ginger Resort, Krabi We stayed at Red Ginger Resort for two nights in Krabi, and it was hands down the best stay of our entire Thailand trip! The rooms are chic, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed, providing every amenity needed for a comfortable stay. They even offer beach mats, towels, slippers, and other essentials, which was a great touch. Daily complimentary water bottles were also provided. The breakfast spread was impressive, with fresh juices and a variety of options to start the day right. However, the true highlight of the resort is its pool—absolutely fantastic! After all the island hopping, we had the time of our lives unwinding in it. Adding to the experience, there’s a poolside bar with a happy hour for 2–3 hours daily, offering great deals on drinks. Sipping on cocktails and enjoying delicious food while floating in the pool was just perfect! Lastly, a special mention to the staff—they were incredibly sweet and hospitable, making our stay even more enjoyable. If you're visiting Krabi, look no further—Red Ginger Resort is the place to stay!

Walkable distance from beach. Staff was polite. For some of the communication we used google translate. Bed mattress quality could have been better. There are indian restaurants and 7-11 stores nearby.

I got a corner room and early in the morning i faced a bright light because the blinds didn't cover the windows properly, asked for a dental kit and got an old brush and toothpaste was all jamed, room service calls never get picked, if i am paying this much for this room i expected service and room with proper blackout curtains,

Location also far from beach but close to Aonang market and basic shops nearby. So overall 3/5 for location.
Hotel need to improve on room lighting. Even the lamp shades don't match. Different design in different corners. Seems like they just setup the room with whatever was left over
