please do not stay in this hotel, you will spoil your mood, and ruin your tour, a lady of this hotel staff who is 40-45 years of age is actually a psycho , she behaved very badly with us, she harassed us so much and we did the check out from hotel at 7 am,

There are a lot of mosquitoes and other insects in the room. One guest is given one 250 ml water bottle, one tea pouch, one coffee pouch and two milk powder pouches a day. That too they did not give on the check-out day. Reception falsely tried one food bill to be paid by us whereas we did not take anything from their restaurant. Overall experience was worst.

Awesome hotel bit far from Beach can stay if want peace

A good peaceful stay with little issue only on the first day, little far from the main Aonang Beach I. Approx 20-25 minutes walking. Good friendly staff and good service. Decent breakfast also helpful as served us vegetarian on demand.
Room service was good however faced problem of power cut and water cut due to storm according to hotel management.q

Don't visit this hotel. Very bad behavior of stuff. Food is very bad. After 7 pm no room service. Not even water. One of the most pathetic hotel this is. Never choose this hotel ever.

Good hotel but poor service

Overall the hotel look and feel was good. Location was decent but the staff seemed not welcoming for some reason. The washroom had a blockage. when we complained about that at first it was ignored saying that water pressure was low and then later it was rectified but with quiet some delay. Food at the hotel was ok, again the service was not courteous at all.
Staff was either over worked or generally not courteous.

Though location is good, but staff is very rude, don’t take an effort to understand the customer, surprise fact is even if you stay with then you have to pay upfront for food, after 8PM no drinking water is available, I had to buy paying double for a small bottle.
