Awesome value for money and courteous staff

Awesome place and great value for money. Convenient location with really great staff who are extremely polite. My room category was upgraded and the hotel gave complimentary hampers which was really nice. Hope to visit and stay here again in future. Highly recommended.

The hotel staff is very warm, they gave us flower bouquets on our arrival. Once they surprised us by keeping some snacks like chips, chocolates, fruits, juices when we had gone away to roam around. They also give free rides to a night market. Their breakfast spread was just super and they gave us mangoes as complementary. (Too many complimentary gift items) I am rating only 4 star as they had promised for a free drop to airport but the driver didn't wake up and we had to get a tuk to reach.

Booked a room with around 80% discount online. I was greeted with free upgrade and flower bouquet. Complimentary fruit platters, snack bag and more fresh flowers in the room. On checkout was presented with a sweet souvenir. Felt like million dollars!
