Good for a day stay, but didn’t gave a feel of 3 star hotel(no luggage support, no bottle water etc.). Can consider to stay here for a quick layover

Few things that hotel can work upon like provide a water bottle in the room, hot kettle for coffee / tea and slightly towards cleaning of common areas on regular basis ... Very poor breakfast and no options for vegetarians. Very bad staff service. No water to drink after evening they don’t even refill the water dispenser. No helper to carry the luggage, if u check in after evening then be ready to carry your luggage yourself. Very bad quality breakfast quality , even while giving fruit platter they ask how many plate and then they bring one small plate in which half banana, 2 slice pineapple and watermelon…if u ask for bread butter they give u 2 piece on bread with butter which is fix quality per person …don’t stay here total waste of money

Not maintained properly. Ac was not working. Pool was dirty. Very awful management. Even the garden was not clean. Washroom was smelly has cockroaches. Only the location of property is good. Rest everything was mess. Even their wifi was not working well. Zero maintenance. Even the balcony of rooms were dirty.
