Stayed with family. Hotel furniture and bathrooms are not in good condition. One of the rooms ac was not working properly. Although was quickly repaired bathrooms were and other common places are not very clean. Hotel was full of foreigners. Food quality is ok with same repeated english breakfast.

The view is amazing, but the staffs are not good. They will literally come inside your room sharp at 12:00 for checkout if u don't checkout. Horrible experience

Location good sea view awesome food breakfast was average to below average. Wife no service in room, limited availability in dining area and lobby only that too pathetic speed.
Room was just next to reception. The design and location was atrocious. The moment you open the door, it will give a view into your was room to everyone standing at the lobby. I suppose it was ad his room created after space was left there.

Hotel is at a good location in Bentota just attached to the beach. Breakfast was good. Bathroom was getting choked. There is Ayurveda spa. I am disappointed with the front desk staff. They didn't give us extended check out. Asked us to vacant at 12 PM. They said that they have next guest at the hotel. While we waited after checkout at the lobby we didn't see any guest occupying the room. All the rooms weren't occupied still they didn't give us extended check-out. Location is good. But not happy with their service.

They don't have WiFi only 16 TV channel. They don't provide veg food when we asked for veg food they denied directly. Very old bath fitting need to replace. Water in tap very slow no hot water. Staff is not good breakfast is very bad. Not giving choice of room no soaps no shower gel in bathroom I request so many times for soap but no reply. I bought soap from stores opposite the hotel.

Very Big comfortable rooms. Balcony facing the sea, nice pool staff very friendly. Beach is just 50. Breakfast is also good and the chef made few things for us out of the menu, when we explained him how we wanted them. There is a general store right in front of hotel. And tuk available all the time for a ride to Bentota or market.
