Location is good at forum area with metro/tram/bus stns quite nearby. The rooms lacks basic facilities like kettle / coffee maker or iron. Need to pay euro 3. 5 if u need hot water and only option is laundry if u want to iron clothes. Staff is nice & helpful. Lower rating just because lack of basic facilities in room.

The only complain that they should sometimes cooperate with guest as I was willing to pay by online Link which they refused to accept which was a huge issue for me but can't complain as it was hotel policy so it's OK. And they should put Tea bags and hot water and iron in room after all these are basic things.
