The staff was indifferent and too busy . They were not interested to give time and courtesy . The elevator was too bad and had button problems and the gate was shutting too fast at floors . Not had a good time as too low for Hilton standards

Good value for money, rooms are clean and are relatively more spacious than other properties in the vicinity. The hotel is at walking distance from the MRT station. A lot of restaurants in the area for Indian cuisine and vegetarian food. A 7-11 convenience store is just outside the hotel. The check in and check-out process was smooth as well. The only thing I missed was a smart TV. The room has a TV but with limited channels.

First of all I have not been given breakfast/food in my package. Hotel stay was excellent, but my suggestion is hotel should provide portal service to their guest. Also would like to draw kind attention towards rooms, Rooks are very small. Room size needs to be little big. As far as hotel staff and their services are too good, and staff is very very much co operative. Environment of hotel is good.

I had a very comfortable stay and i opted a king bed room without breakfast. The location and cleanliness of hotel was the highlight for me. The hotel has a vegetarian restaurant just below the property and is very near to 2 MRT stations. Hotel staff was very thorough with cleanliness and hygiene. Hotel has two towers and next time i would like to stay in the main tower as i got the other one this time.
