The manila hotel is a beautiful property with a heritage of over 100 years, the location is perfect too. It is a posh locale at walking distance from all major tourist attractions. Overall very happy with the stay and highly recommend for anyone who is travel-ling to manila - be it for work, with family or friends or a partner!

Manila 's grande dame is as physically elegant as ever and surprisingly, The rates have remained affordable. But service has slightly deteriorated. It took a while to check in and the other lady checking in was upset she was berating. The guy at the reception. I booked a two-bed room via make my trip but was instead given a room with king-sized bed. Poor internet connection due to a problem with the router. The TV stand is dusty. Breakfast buffet is sumptuous as always but what I thought to be fresh salmon tasted odd. When I pointed it out, The waiter said those were actually smoked salmon and that they tried it and they're not spoiled.

Old world charm supported by new age service and infra. Great quality stay with amazing room and super supportive staff. Reminded me of the old grandeur of hotel which is working since early 1900s.
Amazing service and ambiance with old world charm of the hotel itself a must stay if i'm manila.

Everything in Manila hotel is very very Good. The breakfast choices are excellent. The only minus point is the Big disturbing sound from the adjacent Rezel park up to 12 midnight. This is a nuisance actually. However, the hotel is not responsible for this nuisance. I will again stay in this hotel.
