The staffs were extremely helpful & ensured that my first stay in a hostel was memorable. Right in the heart of the city. Though modest however neat & clean - hygienic. Few shelves in showers will be helpful where you can place your specs / soap/ shampoo or other essentials. I have mentioned that to the duty manager as well.
