Our stay was excellent but the manager mr ashok was just a nuisense and zero knowledge on hospitality industry. During our check out he was not able to redeem our room rent which i fully paid through make mytrip aap. Repeatedly he keep arguing with us regarding the payment. We contacted the support team of make mytrip and they also confirmed our payment and asked mr ashok to release us and ultimately through intervention of any senior official of that resort he allowed us to check out. A request to the gm / ceo of rupacot to kick out this guy from your property or assign a non skill work for him. For his nuisense we have lost almost 2 hours of our leisure trip

Excellent Stay

It was amazing and beautiful stay and we enjoyed the best view of 🌅 and sunset 🌇, the mountain ⛰️ view was mesmerising 💕🫶🏻🧿❤️. This is one of the most exotic place which i have experienced in my life . Worth it worth it worth it even very less price and more than worth it . Honestly saying Honeymoon wala destination hai . Peace ☮️, view , luxury, top of the hill and top of the world. Love to see this you there again.
