The location is very good. Two of the most beaches of mauritius, having all the adventure activities, are just at walking distance. All the facilities are very good. But there is a limited choice for vegetarian guests. For contacting the tour operators for a good bargain, one has to visit grand bai, a town that is about 5-6 km. It was a very good experience of staying in this resort for about a week. The rating for overall experience is 5.

The location of resort is good as it is near to beach , the food and hygiene’s are ok not very good , overall decent resort for the price paid and in comparison to the other resorts nearby

Non cooperative and money minded staff

On the last day, we checked out the room at scheduled time at 11.00 a.m. and kept our luggage in the baggage room and informed the reception staff that we had online booked a Taxi for the airport and we will go for outing and will come back. We came back in time and took our luggage from reception and were waiting for our taxi just opposite the reception. As we had booked the taxi online, we were not knowing the Driver. Our taxi driver came and inquired about us at the reception but reception staff informed that we had checked out and they are not supposed to and don't know about the guests after check-out. Our taxi driver waited for 30 minutes outside the hotel. Meanwhile reception staff asked us if our taxi had not come, the hotel taxi will take us to Airport almost at the double rates. Meanwhile after 30 minutes, security guard at the gate informed us that some taxi was waiting and finally we could reach Airport. Hotel does not provide even complimentary water bottles and they charge very high rate for one water bottle, almost 4 times than the normal price of water bottle. Very cunning, shrewd and selfish staff only interested in money making with no care for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise Indians not to try this hotel.
Intercom for room service, house keeping was not working. Reception staff was not co-operative and were more interested in charging extra for any extra amenities without caring for the basic facilities of the customer.

On certain instances, after demanding, they have served veg and non veg indian dishes, is a big disappointment. Basic need of a 250ml water bottle per person per day is also not provided and is charged which is not the case in other hotels of equivalent standard.
