A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. CHECKED OUT OF THERE ON 9TH MAY ITSELF

The building is very old and dilapidated. The whole floor was reeking with cigarette smell. The corridors were very dirty and unkempt. I had to request for a kettle which came the next day. There was no alarm clock as stated in their website. We had to go to the entrance of the corridor to fetch water. The bed was clean and air-conditioning was good. Food is not served on the premises. We had to go out and eat. The toilet bowl was leaking all the time, inspite of asking them to repair. Rain water seeped into the room while there was a heavy rain. Overall, YMCA was a great disappointment.

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights at Ymca. Very neat and clean accommodation. Location was very convenient as it is very near to KL central. Special mention to Front staff Vishnu Joshi , he is a very friendly person.

Location was fine. Food did not avail. Amenities were avarage. Services were very poor. They did not clean room or change towels for 3 days, on 3rd day we spoke to the reception and slso reminded them. Only after that they vlezned up and gave us fresh towels. We never had such an experience at any hotel in our life time of travel to various places. Nevertheless, thank you very much for everything.

I never ever stayed like this hotel in my entire life. It's very very worst and poor service and moreover bathroom condition is too bad and size was too small 5x2. 5, no stand for holding toiletries and there was no lock n all. Please don't choose this hotel. My mood was spoiled bz of this hotel

Hotel accommodation is good. It’s neat and hygiene. Ymca located in the heart of the city (kuala lumpur) which gives access to transportation and nu sentral mall. It would have been better if we have room service on call basis and basic assistance for new travellers to malasiya.
