We reached the hotel at around 2. 30 PM which was our check in time, but the staff said that we'd have to wait for some time to get our room, so we waited for one hour, we got our room at 3. 30 PM so we carried our luggage at first floor till our room when we saw our room the room was not cleaned. Went back to reception (with all our luggage) told them that the room isn't clean. The lady realised her mistake and gave us a new room. I mockingly told her "with this kind of service we are entitled for a discount'. To which (the Indian origin lady replied) "Are you an Indian. I said "yes". Then she made an unsuitable remark " Usually all Indians have these kind of problems". I literally was taken aback by this kind of behaviour from staff side. You don't give us clean room, you make us wait for an hour, your rooms were stinking and staff was rude, no luggage carry service and still you believe their isn't any problem from your side. Kudos.
