Excellent location. Next to metro station. Excellent housekeeping service including daily change of bed covers. Room extremely small which is very shocking (seems to be the standard in Japan) English speaking and friendly front office/reception hotel staff.

Very good central location. Small but neat rooms. Very helpful staff. Reasonably priced, value for money hotel. Will surely recommend for business and tourist opting for a central location hotel. Happy with my choice.

Everything is good. Location is perfect but the exit close to the hotel is no elevator and only half escalator, have to go stairs if carry heavy suitcase should avoid the exit. And the room is tiny. I understand hotel in Tokyo will be small but the room is way too tiny. Cannot even open my luggage. have to do it on the bed.
