The location is great. It’s around 500m from temmamachi station. They have a clause of check in at 4 pm and it’s very strict. We reached at 1 and they didn’t let us check in early so that was disappointing. The rooms are small but all amenities are provided except microwave. The breakfast buffet was disappointing as well with no fruits or even eggs or cereal. Only 2 types of breads were served and no puff or croissant. The staff is nice though and well versed in english. Overall i would give 2. 5 stars
