Excellent hotel, professional staff monitoring customer care units. Location was one of the best in Kyoto. View from room was beyond description, I recommend the hotel. It may be little pricey but it repays you all, subway station was just below the hotel.

Excellent Hotel Okura Kyoto, professional staff monitoring customer care units. Location was one of the best in Kyoto. View from room was beyond description, I recommend the Hotel Okura Kyoto. It may be little pricey but it repays you all, subway station was just below the Hotel Okura Kyoto.

Brilliant location. Very friendly staff. Cleanliness and temp. Well maintained in hot and humid weather outside, WiFi a bit weak so internet access may be limited at times. Overall satisfied and would strongly recommend. Good for family travels as well.
