Worst hotel in whole milan

1. Rooms are too small and looks like some kind of old property 2. No clean room and also leakage in the washrooms 3. No irom provided even asking for multiple times. 4. There is ac in the room but it was working like a fan 5. No milk provide with complimentary coffee in the room, every-time we have to ask from the reception for the same 6. If you are willing to book this hotel then please avoid the same as this hotel no worth a single penny 7. We stayed there for 3 nights and those 3 nights were most terrible for us

It is very near to the train station. So it's very easy to travel and go and come back. Hotel star location and breakfast are very nice. I will against this hotel in my next trip.

Very small room with non courteous staff. The hotel unlike any other has a checkout time of 11 which I overlooked at the time of booking. As we were getting ready to leave the hotel around 11 my wife called the reception asking for some tea bags. Instead of giving the tea bags the person at the reception rudely refused and asked us to checkout immediately. In the next 1 hour that we took for getting ready and packing our stuff, we had at least 3 calls and 2 people came to our room. After that the guy at the reception was talked like we had done a crime by taking an hour for checking out. He even refused to give me printout for my onward air tickets boarding passes which are necessary for travel. I will never recommend hotel.
