Location of the property is easily accessible from Helsinki rail station. Breakfast had a wide range of items including crossiant, cornflakes and pancakes etc. The breakfast area is quite big. In terms of room amenities, the room we had was quite spacius and had a extra single cot in addition to king bed. TV was very big and had a easy option for pairing.The bathroom is in fact very big and shiny tub as well. Overly a pleasant stay for my family.

Hotel is located very close to the helsinki port and also to the helsinki central train station, and if you have any cruise or train journey, this is one of the best hotels around that area. Amazing service throughout especially the dinner at their restaurant gimis bistro. The staff recommended 2 amazing dishes both in veg and non veg, and we had an awesome dining experience. Room was amazing and very spacious and clean too.

We are vegetarians ( considering eggs in cakes and breads as ok), usually there are limited vegetarian food options in foreign countries, however this hotel dint disappoint. Many veg options in breakfast. View from room was great as it is near harbour. Bus to central station and taxi stand is right opp the hotel. However, cons are it is far away from airport and the central station where most attractions and shopping malls like stockmann are located. So travelling becomes time consuming & expensive

The stay was good. Rooms were neat and clean. The staff needed to be more understanding of our needs. The only problem was that their check in was at 3:00pm. In spite of requesting for an early check in they gave only one room at 12:00 pm and the rest were given at 3:00 pm (we were travelling in a group).

I stayed in Radisson on 24-25/09, lower season, prior 2 days I've asked reservation department to provide early check in at 12 pm. Of course they couldn't promise me that, but at least they could try... Because regular check out is at 12, so at 1 pm it can be easily ready. But instead, when I arrived front desk told me that my room is still occupied and guests have extended!! How is that possible that hotel allowed guests to extend when they knew that I'm coming and have special request to check in earlier?? That's obvious ignoring... Disappointing, frustrating and horrible because I had an appointment at 2 and had to be ready before it. Finally I've got my room almost at 2. Interior, Windows and terrace were nice as on pictures but if look more detailed everything had tears, dirt, dust... Especially curtains above bed and lamps. In the shower I found plenty hairs on the walls... Breakfast is very average, I would not say that it's a super buffet... If I will have choice I won't stay there anymore.
