We stayed at the hotel at 6006 room number from 30th Nov to 3rd December. The hotel is good, the hospitality is excellent, and the view of the Nile River is just fantastic. But the Guy sitting at the Travel desk In front of reception & just beside the Starbucks shop cheated us on the first day. We booked to visit Citadel & local market, but unfortunately, after visiting Citadel, the driver took us to a roadside area & insisted on getting down there for Market. When we felt this was wrong, he took us to the Khan Al Khalili market but did not allow us to get down. Also, we paid the entrance fee of Citadel, which they were supposed to do & we paid $50 for this travel from Hotel to citadel & back to Hotel.Such things shouldn't happen at Novotel's premises. We availed all other sightseeings from local travels & not faced a single issue. So I recommend this Hotel, but please be careful with the travel desk.

Amazing experience at novotel. Reception staff obama and mohammed were really helpful in arranging everything from early checkout to breakfast boxes. Rooms and facility is squeaky clean. Breakfast buffet is good even for vegetarian. Will love to stay here again and again.

Hotel was good. They gave us early check-in also by 9 Am, which was very nice of the manager. Rooms were clean but it's quite old. All the carpets and bathroom equipments were old and needs to be upgraded. Overall 4/5 for the cleanliness, experience and service.

Stay experience at Novotel Ei Borg Cairo

We stayed at the Novotel Cairo El Borg at 6006 room number from 30th Nov to 3rd December. The Novotel Cairo El Borg is good, the hospitality is excellent, and the view of the Nile River is just fantastic. But the Guy sitting at the Travel desk In front of reception & just beside the Starbucks shop cheated us on the first day. We booked to visit Citadel & local market, but unfortunately, after visiting Citadel, the driver took us to a roadside area & insisted on getting down there for Market. When we felt this was wrong, he took us to the Khan Al Khalili market but did not allow us to get down. Also, we paid the entrance fee of Citadel, which they were supposed to do & we paid $50 for this travel from Hotel to citadel & back to Hotel.Such things shouldn't happen at Novotel's premises. We availed all other sightseeings from local travels & not faced a single issue. So I recommend this Hotel, but please be careful with the travel desk.

Amazing experience at novotel. Reception staff obama and mohammed were really helpful in arranging everything from early checkout to breakfast boxes. Rooms and facility is squeaky clean. Breakfast buffet is good even for vegetarian. Will love to stay here again and again.

Hotel was good. They gave us early check-in also by 9 Am, which was very nice of the manager. Rooms were clean but it's quite old. All the carpets and bathroom equipments were old and needs to be upgraded. Overall 4/5 for the cleanliness, experience and service.
