The staff were friendly, with good sized rooms and at a location that was close to the Town center (3 to 4 mins walk for us). The hotel is close to Brussels Noord Station. You can walk from the station or take Rogier metro from Noord. The Hotel is 1 min from Roger metros.

Hotel is located very near(walk-able) to most of the attractions. The room we were given was not located in the Hotel corridor rather it was located next to hotel stairways and seemed very cornered. Room seemed very old and unclean though washrooms were clean.

Location perfect, just a 10 minute walk to the Palace, Mannekin Pos and restaurants. A MAC the and Indian restaurants all in the centre. A big shopping arcade and a mega mall round the corner. Rooms were big, breakfast good and staff polite and helpful. Thanks to the management for a nice stay. It was our wrong choice of days. Sunday holiday and Easter Monday was closed too.

Grand dame but need some body sculpting now

Have booked the hotel through MMT for 2 nights and was selected based on the location(proximity to metro and Grand Palace) and for that I give it full points. Metro is a stone throw away and Grand Palace is a pleasant walk ahead. The checkin was smooth and though we were 2 hours early they accommodated us nicely and explained all the routes etc. The receptionist was smiling and understanding and even led us to the list lest we get lost(there are around 4-5 lifts in the hotel leading to different set of rooms). This being a theater converted to hotel the room furniture(with tables having drawers and keys) looks slightly jaded but I am sure a good polish will make it regal again. Also the glass pane opposite the lift 3 needs to be replaced immediately as it has aged and has developed beauty spots. Nevertheless the objective was not to stay in the hotel so we did went out and enjoyed and the staff helped in arranging the tour also for us. One tip, Brussels has a very unorganized Taxi system and your best bet will be to book cabs through Hotel lest you get taken for a ride and it is still expensive ( 50 Euros for a ride to airport which is just 12 km away) and the best thing to do is to use Uber(yes they are there) and save almost 50% on your local rides.

Excellent Stay

Good hotel, one Street away from the main shopping street. Perfect for weekend trips. Really clean and nice room all you need. Big plus free WiFi! 10 minutes to the North train station and only 7 minutes from main sightseeing spots. We stayed there the second time and will come back.
