There is nothing about hospitality. They tried to dishonor my invoice by demanding an extra amount, though we paid full in advance. We were not provided a drop at airport.

One of my worst experiences in staying in this hotel. Though the infra is good but when a hotel runs without the knowledge of hospitality, you can imagine what situation may arise. Starting from the front office during the day shift and room service is almost zero there. Please avoid staying at such an unprofessional hotel.

Food: the food was amazing. I wish there were variations in the breakfast spread and not the same everyday. Biryani and some bengali dishes if included in the room menu will even be better. Hygiene : the house keeping team are really sweet and great at their job. However the management can consider changing the quilts n quilt covers for new ones. The present ones are stained. The towels are snow-white and great location :awesome, easy to move around sylhet. No problem in getting conveyance. The location is also great for shopping essentials. Safety. No worries about your safety. The hotel has a two tier security laid down. So issues at all

The infinity pool adds to your comfort and relaxation. The restaurant and pool side staffs are all awesome and very friendly and helpful including the security and housekeeping staffs had a great and memorable stay at the hotel noorjahan, sylhet.
