No one works on request even for water. imagine your room number is shared with people with no business in hotel. The thin guy the receptionist thinks he owns the hotel. he is the most useless person in istanbul hotel. I will try and escalate this matter to FTG. Pimps all over the reception and outside hotel door. Hated to be in such a hotel.

Great Budget Stay – Clean Room & Friendly Host

The location was not the most prime—it was a bit far from Nizami Street—but the host was very nice and welcoming. The room was neat, clean, and comfortable, which made the stay pleasant. Found the hotel The staff is overall good. There was a 18 year young boy at the lobby who was very friendly. Meantime one of the staff boys taked us rude one day while we were asking extra key. He even refused to get extra key payment by cash and talked us harshly. The room bed sheet is torn a bit and only small pieces of sheets were there to cover the body from cold which are not bedsheets at all. The Breakfast room was not very attractive and clean. The breakfast staff gets a lot of time to prepare the meals so we had to skip the meal

The room was small and unclean, full of cigarette smell, it was claustrophobic with ac making noise every 10-15 mins, couldn't sleep well. We had asked for a change of room on day 1, but were denied saying it's fully occupied, where people were checking in front of us. We would want a refund of the stay here.
