Excellent view And excellent stay

We were 3 women so anyone would think of the security part. This place was absolutely safe and peaceful. View of this hotel was stunning. We had booked a suite which came with jacuzzi in the balcony, facing infinity pool And Over looking the Beach. Worth staying in this room. Spacious room And clean each time we came back from our site seeing. Service was good. Staff was cordial and helpful. Being vegetarian we faced food issues since they could only make us veg sandwich (bread and 3 vegetables). They didn't have croissant or anything else except bread And wheat flakes and Choco flakes. And charged us extra for cappuccino (we assumed if they didn't have food for us at least they can write off coffee charges) we didn't have any other meals here. Overall good experience at this hotel.

It has best pool Villas but hotel is on hill, you have to walk a lot. Car service is chargeable, they should offer free service within the hotel.

Fantastic location, great view

We stayed for 5 nights. It is located just off the main Road so there is no noise of traffic. They have a shuttle going to the their Beach club resort 3 times a day, which is good. It is located an a hill, so you have a 180 view of the Sea. We stayed in the deluxe jacuzzi Sea view room. It has a fantastic view and the room has a good size. The breakfast is decent and if you are a vegetarian, you can tell them before and they will make a veg dish for you. The staff is excellent and helpful. We would like the thank Sonia, Namy and tip for their services.
I think it was very good. The view and room size were perfect.

Won't recommend anyone on the name of water villas they cheat you giving a small room.
Room service was pathetic. Non courteous staff. Room so small that it took our fun.

Bad room with very low AC. Changed room But still AC was not cold. Construction work was going on. Noisy. Very costly. Dirty jacussi. Good view though. Swimming pool was very good. Service was good. Hilly area

Loved the people, services and facilities

We loved the people, services and facilities. It was just what we wanted after a hectic wedding. The sea view rooms with the relaxing Jacuzzi made it an experience which we would surely not forget. We have traveled a lot and KC resort is probably proved to be one of the best places that we have stayed in.

Went to this amazing hotel for Two Days in Koh Samui. Had got a very good view from my room. The service was good, room was clean and spacious. Overall, good value for Money Luxury Hotel. Will suggest this property to all people going Koh Samui, one of the best places I been to visit.

A good luxurious hotel with all the amenities, superb see view from the room. Staff is friendly and coperative, good room size with fully loaded mini bar. Location is on the top of the hill so do not think to walk to the hotel, breakfast is aberage however alacarte food quality is good.

Pleasant stay & amazing view

Stayed for 4 days, Took a deluxe room with Jacuzzi and I must say the view from the room was amazing and serene. Location wise its very near to all the happening places in chaweng beach area. In Room service needs to be improved a lot. Basic pharmacy service was not available. Kitchen was closed before the stipulated time. Overall, the stay was pleasant and enjoyable barring the two instances which could have been avoidable by the staff.

Super property and worth every penny

The rooms are well equipped and its a brilliant property. The staff is super friendly. We had an issue for the air conditioning in the room which was well attended and we were upgraded to the villas since the problem could not be solved. It was fun to stay in the resort. A must recommended property.

Hotel is good. Staff are almost good and well behaved and cooperative. Food quality is good but breakfast menu for all days are same. We stay there for 3 nights with family. Hotel needs improve the prompt response to customer query. Everything good except the location. Not attached to beach.

Good for relaxation, piece of mind, very good overall ambiance, very good for peoples who love sea water very well and water sports. We feel that there was a very less crowd during our visit period. This hotel is very good to recommend to others.
