For basic things and essentials like lotion and slippers all missing in room

Pros - Location - full marks, food - quality and quantity excellent, service excellent, housekeeping staff very nice. Cons - reception staff are not accommodating at all. While booking rooms, select city view which somehow I missed. Avoid 6th floor at all costs as all odd numbered rooms face an iron rod structure and ceiling, and on my request, also my room was not changed in all 3 night stay. Where I was ready to pay extra per night. It's hotel policy that they will charge per hour extra stay if one wishes to stay after checkout time which is understandable. Pool is a plus for kids. Overall good stay. Would have been excellent if my request had been considered.
