    My experience with Hotel Premier Inn Leamington Spa was just about okay. The location of the hotel was centrally located and was convenient. I did not eat any meals in their hotel restaurant-bar. The housekeeping service was very bad. Even though I had requested daily housekeeping clean up service…3 days housekeeping did not clean and service my room during my 6 nights stay at the hotel. Also the front desk staff did not bother to help with any luggage’s also. A basic courtesy to help with the luggage would have been appreciated. Also the room assigned to me was Room No.26 on ground floor. There were scaffoldings outside my room. Always had to keep my room curtains closed. I had requested for a late check out for 2 hours. Had even offered to pay to the hotel those charges. They denied that also. Will not be staying at the hotel again.

    Stay was good , rooms were good, but approach to rooms were difficult as has to cross many steps and doors to reach the 2nd floor where lift is only till 1st floor , food choices were limited but the quality of food was good
